filter 真值元素筛选

内置函数（类）filter，Python 官方文档描述如下：

Help on class filter in module builtins:

class filter(object)
 |  filter(function or None, iterable) --> filter object
 |  
 |  Return an iterator yielding those items of iterable for which function(item)
 |  is true. If function is None, return the items that are true.
 |  

返回可迭代对象（iterable）中那些传递给函数 function 计算之后，布尔值仍然为真的元素组成的迭代器。

如果 function 是 None，则会假设它是一个身份函数，即 iterable 中所有布尔值为假的元素会被移除。
